all the videos i have watched on korean street food have impressed me with the first thing that strikes my mind is the cleanliness of the workplace and production tools, the handling of edibles with gloves , the products used which are very fresh and the numerous and varied utensils facilitating the execution of tasks. and in addition it looks delicious in view of the people who hurry there.. number of stalls and even restaurants in France should follow the example. when you see some kebabs, it is better not to linger or frequent their kitchens....

@@carole8142 Agreed... I can't imagine what avocado, pineapple, eggs, raw onions, cooked onions, mayonnaise and whatever sauce they made (that itself was 1/3 mayonnaise) could taste like... somewhere 10 ingredients ago they put a burger on the bun!
