This is great Melissa; for me, I - myself; like to keep it LOW protein ! and ... we get plenty in fruit alone ! I liked that yoghurt, but I'm dairy-free now. Good video, ty. 💟💯

It is not necessary to eat all that protein. 0.8g per kg is on the upper end of what we need so I am 69kg and need 55 grams of protein. Unless you are seriously body building like iron man stuff you won't convert it all into myscls and just like any other nutrient it will be converted to carbohydrate and stored as fat. Excess protein becomes fat just like anything else excess.
