The raw emotions you get from people, because of money and the social dynamics that are imposed on us by culture and society, are so genuine and real. It is all of that that makes this relatable and necessary to dive into. Thank you, and everyone involved to get this into the world. It's OK to air out your dirty laundry, because you might have a neighbor that can help you with a solution to clean it better than you can on your own. ❤️❤️😎👍

$6M is her net worth, not her annual income. Annual income was still huge though (2.2M).

Its so hard believing people actually make this much money and then you listen to them and realize its not fake. Its an inspiration knowing its possible its sad having your invisible scripts going on in the background saying it must be nice. I’ve listened to maybe 30 podcasts in total with the netflix all the youtube and started the Spotify from the beginning, and i still cant get over how much these people make. This first one is so dizzying 200k in a month? Imagine making more in a year then youre parents will in their whole career. Imagine 10 years youll make more money then most people ever will in their entire lives. What does that do to a persons psyche. Thank you for having the conversations ramit and thank you for sharing. It helps break what i think is possible while also showing me my invisible scripts.

You should repost the older interviews before KZfaq because I don't use anything else to listen to podcasts. And I imagine some others don't either. Especially episode 64 and 65.

Seems like a common theme in these podcasts and the show, when women love proportional expenses & will champion it when they’re making a small amount of the household income, but when the man is making less they are against proportional expenses.

Not true at all. I am all for this system (I earn far more than my partner). I also watched an episode where the woman wanted to do proportional (she earns far more) but he was uncomfortable with it.

She's not just high earning - she's quite wealthy, making $6 million a year. No one should be expected to keep up with that, man or woman.

Men can provide outside a paycheck. She seemed happy. He probably provides mental support, emotional support, kills the spiders and makes the bed when she is running out the door. When you perform at that level having someone emotionally support you and take care of little things you can’t is INVALUABLE. It provides peace of mind and protects your sanity.

Paying 50/50 is fair regardless income. They're benefitting from the same roof over their head so they need to pay equally.

Umm what? No, it should be proportionate to income
@bobbyheath2474
@bobbyheath2474 Жыл бұрын
@@keyring86 And what's your reasoning for that?
@keyring86
@keyring86 Жыл бұрын
@@bobbyheath2474 if you have a couple with one person making $100k and another making $30k would you expect them to pay the same amount in bills if they were not a couple? Obviously the person making triple the money can afford more in bills. If you bring those two people into a relationship it wouldn't make sense for one person to be thriving and the other one struggling.
@bobbyheath2474

@@keyring86 If they both agreed on a rent price then splitting isn't an issue. Just because you make more doesn't mean you get to do more of the heavy lifting. If you're married then your incomes should be combined.
@keyring86
@keyring86 Жыл бұрын
@@bobbyheath2474 if they are both contributing the same percentage of their individual incomes, how would the person making more money be doing more of the heavy lifting? The dollar amount would be higher but the overall portion of their income spent would be the same as the person earning less. If they are both spending 30% of their income on rent and both have 70% of their incomes left for other expenses, to me, that's fair.
