They leave em abandoned and eventually the huts get old and unattended and they break down and the swimming pools become cesspools of bacteria and fungus

They rent out a private area. There some people who drone cam the place if you care to look for it. Usually the structures fall apart pretty quickly. Its just made for show after all.

The music made me laugh........it sounds like it should be in a Disney movie, like these guys are scrambling to get the pool dug before the giant comes back and tries to squash them. There's a heavy sense of urgency to this build.
