I would love to start making this changes... but almost every good muscle mass building exercise are too hard for my joints!!! What do I do!!!?? I try but my knees keep cracking the whole time

Natural body movement and dynamic stretching prior to a workout will help. Also diet makes a huge difference.

Thanks! I’m gonna try doing mobility exercises... I actually injured both my knees several years ago.... and they never healed properly.... my ligaments are pretty weak! I guess those exercises can somehow help me fix that....

@@susanaguerra2336 another thing you may want to look into Gua Sha (aka fascia scraping). I had planter fasciitis several years ago. I bought the tools to do it myself. Now I use it for other areas as well like my hip, shoulder or neck. The best of luck to you
