My hair receded quite a bit when I was 20, but it’s kind of held there. I’ve done a bit to actually slowly get it to reverse a bit and thicken up again, but I’m 28 now and it’s been a slow process. Getting the haircuts where my sides and back are shaved low and the top stays long and layered has helped. Also, get a good, high hold pomade. I really like bedhead, it’s worked the best so far.

It is kind of annoying when people with nice full hair pretend to have visible hairloss, lol. By the way i think that high hairlines and big foreheads usually look much better than the foreheads where the eyebrows are one thumb away from the hairline. The former looks more mature and more handsome on a grown man. But that´s just my opinion.

I have a similar hairline as this guy (with a small v shape in the front of my hairline too so it kinda looks worse) and I used to think I was balding like really badly, until I got it comfirmed by dermatologists I wasn't! I'm still douoting them tbh, though everyone still tells me I'm not though!

I’m 17. And since I was like 13 I’ve had a pretty high hairline. But ‘hairlines’ weren’t ever something I’d think about so it didn’t bother me. Now I’ve actually started thinking about a lot and I don’t know whether I have actually lost hair or whether I’m only seeing things because I’m thinking about it too much. Looking back at pictures when I was like 14 it looks very similar, but because it didn’t bother me at the time, it doesn’t bother me when I look at the picture either. But now I’m actually pretty self conscious about it all and it definitely affects my mood and self confidence.

I'm 25 and have thick hair but massively receding at the front , buzzing my hair down to 1mm each week and keeping a short stubble beard really boosted my confidence , people always notice if you try to hide it..and it comes across as being insecure and less attractive in my opinion , if you really struggle with it i highly suggest just buzzing it off and you'll feel great once you get used to it!

I have both the receding hairline, big forehead plus a widow's peak. I'm 37 years old and for the last 3 years I've had to do the undercut style with the messy curls on top "hand" styled forward to hide everything that is going on lol I like it and my girl likes it so that helps. My hair keeps thinning so at some point I think I'll have to come up with some other style.

I have a picture of me when I was 11 dancing with my grandma where I had maybe a 2 clipper all around and my hairline is jacked there too. My whole fam has janky hairlines that being said none of my uncles or grandpas ever went bald so I guess it’s a blessing in disguise.

My hair grows naturally like Cillian Murphey's . May have receded a bit over the years but has always been pretty far back on either side. I have a similar haircut to his character in peaky blinders but didn't even realize it until watching the show recently. Works pretty well to hide the funkiness.

I feel you dude, Ive just turned 16 and my hair started thinning a year ago. I hates it back then and it stressed me out. Now my hairline has reveded really bad both sides and my hair is too thin to cover it. Looks great when im at home and well hiden. Then when im in school I realise how bad it accually is. My hair is curly too so it emphasises it so much more

LM10 Maturing hairline. It will raise a bit but that’s only because you are getting older, not because you’re balding. If your frontal hairline is receding into an m-shape hairline, then you’re balding.
