Health Benefits Of Hemp Seeds
Today we're going to look at a seed, a tiny little powerhouse that I'm not sure you've been enjoying in your diet. It is the hemp seed. What are the health benefits of hemp seeds?
1. Protein
Starting with the powerhouse of nutrition, it's protein in the hemp seeds, for every tablespoon, you're going to get three to five grams of protein. So adding this into your smoothie every morning, if you are out of protein powder, then you might just say well, I get three to five grams of protein per tablespoon. So now I can just add in enough to equate that protein powder. That's how simple this can be.
2. Fat
So besides protein, we have fat, and in the fat, we get two to three grams of fat per tablespoon, it's going to vary between the plants, it's going to vary between how it's been harvested and has been processed. So that's why I'm kind of giving you variables.
3. Fiber
Another hemp seed benefit is fiber. So three to five grams of fiber per tablespoon serving these three alone creates that satiety that creates that fullness that helps you to delay the next meal, it helps you with intermittent fasting, it helps you in so many ways.
4. ALA
This has been so much more research lately. In the hemp seeds, you get a two to one ratio, which is extremely good. So between the Omega threes and the Omega six, perfectly, perfectly balanced. So this makes it a perfect food.
5. Neuroprotective
Now, they've also discovered that hemp seeds are neuro protective, this means it's going to benefit your brain and the nerve endings that are communicating with every area of your body.
6. Libido
Another benefit of hemp seeds is libido.
7. Healthy Muscles
Hemp seeds help to build muscle tone, muscle tissue, and they're very good for your heart.
8. Magnesium
So we've talked about a lot and I just want to go over this but there's two more things. Magnesium, a serving of hemp seeds, which could be typically served as three tablespoons, is going to give you 50% of your daily value of magnesium.
9. Zinc
Hemp seeds increase your zinc Yes, so hemp seeds have zinc. So that's just such an incredible package of what God has put together inside this seed.
10. Cardiovascular health
These seeds help vessels, your arteries and your veins to stay smooth and elastic. And that in itself is going to help prevent varicose veins also keeps your heart strong as well.
11. Weight Loss
Since hemp seeds help with satiety, you feel fuller longer, which helps with your weight loss goals.
Hemp Seed Recipe: Hemp Seed Breakfast Bars
Ingredients:
1 cup freshly chopped almonds
3/4 cup hemp seeds
1/4 cup flax seeds
1/3 cup nut butter
1/3 cup maple syrup or honey
1/4 cup melted coconut oil
A pinch of cinnamon
Chocolate chips
So we're just going to cut them up into pieces and serve them on the tray. Be sure and put in the comments down below what you thought about this recipe, what you added to it to make it even better for your family. And I can't wait to read your comments!

I find it quite gritty when the hemp seeds are ground. Although like you I can eat it on the top of Greek yogurt, with ground pumpkin, sunflower, walnuts. Sometimes include some golden sultanas or blueberries.

I don't recommend that women take zinc because it can disrupt the copper in a woman's body when women tend to have a deficiency of iron too especially during and after menopause. Generally, we know scientifically, that men have a deficiency in zinc and women have a deficiency of iron. When I tried to taking zinc, within 24 hours I began having neurological breaqst pains, has soon as I stopped taking the zinc, within 24 hours the pains stopped. Be very cautious with who you advise to take zinc. Also walnuts are better than almond.

I thought Christians are not supposed to have anything to do with the marijuana plants. I’m a Christian and I’m not so sure about this. 😳

Hemp and marijuana are closely related but are different. The amount of THC in Hemp is minimal and will not produce effects like marijuana. Its like the amount of alcohol in a non-alcoholic beer

Bible also says "No building is needed to worship Him" also, "For Iam not of this world." Religion is, Not a bible reader amongst you, just parrots, Most of you born into ,Christianity and didn't choose it. Chose it from what? Were all the religions at your disposal to choose from? no, you just did what mommy and daddy did because you didn't want to rock the boat and "Pega-SUS" means horse of zeus," just like Je-SUS" means "Pig of zeus."
