Finance and Business books have been so helpful. I’m 55 and my wife 50 we are both retired with over $3 million in net worth and no debts. Currently living smart and frugal with our money. No longer putting blames on FED for our misfortunes. Saving and investing lifestyle in the stock market made it possible for us this early, even till now we earn weekly.

In fact, people underestimate how much they can make in the stock market. Started investing $60,000 in REITs and dividend-paying stocks just before the pandemic hit. A lot of people's portfolios went haywire, but I persevered with my financial advisor and even made more than $86,000 within just five months of starting and it's been a blast ever since.

Investments are a means of providing funds for the generation of future income or profit. Investing allows individuals to set aside money while they go about their day-to-day business, let the funds work for them, and earn income for their future work. It is important to invest wisely, make informed decisions, and carefully weigh the potential risks and rewards associated with each investment opportunity. That's why I work with Sherman Williams Trading because he has profitable strategies

In these uncertain times, it's more important than ever to have a solid understanding of how to manage your finances, invest wisely and navigate economic downturns. But my primary concern is how to grow my reserve of $240k which has been sitting duck since forever with zero to no gains, sure I'm all in on the long term game, but with my savings are lying waste to inflation and my portfolio losing gains everyday, I need a remedy.

Most people either do not understand the power of compound interest, or are just impatient. For the average Joe, however. I think it is just best to invest in the S&P 500, and just wait, which is reliable, albeit extremely long-lots of years. Or just use a professional analyst and speed up wealth creation. Most people underestimate the power of the latter

I'm going to agree with Robert Kiyosaki, as a franchise owner you're buying a job. The control of the business is dictated by parent company. In many cases, such as a McDonald's restaurant the store location is owned by the parent company. This is a good opportunity for a novice business owner/operator. But, if you have any management background it may be a bag of snakes.

@BlueChipAdvance

@@supermom704 Hey, I find riding around and scouting locations is best. Face to face is better than cold calling these businesses. I found my first location by just eating in the restaurant and asking to speak to the owner, who happened to be there at the time. My second location was word of mouth from a friend. I wish you the best! Anymore info hit me up.
