I already watch half of those KZfaq channels, but if I'm interested in a plant I'll google it and read up on it, I also have gardening books but most are outdoors shrubs trees and perennials. Since I hadn't bought a plant in years, this winter I'm catching up on new plants, well new to me 😂 Bonus is they don't really cost alot by the time I get one. Mushrooms are quite interesting also. I basically look up only the plants I have or want to get, otherwise it would turn into a full time job and not a fun thing to do.

I agree you’ve got to set limits for yourself and everyone will have different ones. Maybe we should start growing fungi as houseplants! 🍄

Visiting botanical gardens and joining plant societies is honestly so under utilized. They are such a huge resource, not only for information but also free or cheap plants. I don't mean stealing either 😅

Yeah exactly! I wished I lived closer to Kew - I'd be round there every month.
