So the meatballs in your noodle at the beginning of the video are called Mọc. It's basically a pork meatball but the pork is ground to a paste.

Thanks for telling us! That's very interesting. In Europe our meatballs are never this smooth. They are always much more of a coarse texture. I like both to be honest! 😋

To ask a question the sound is like "Com" Also if you put it before a verb it means Negative.

It seems more the pronunciation for the westerner. Co if read by westerner would be "koh" not "gaw" and Khong would be "kong" not "com". So the sounds of "gaw" and "com" are closer to the sounds. I am close to a beginner In Vietnamese but know that people understand me when I talk like this.

I'd love a bowl of that bun moc on a cold day here. And for a hot day, I'd like that tofu yogurt dessert dish. I am genuinely surprised by that train accommodation. VN Railways is the last one to finally upgrade their train. It used to be horrible, the train, the cabin not so much, but the toilet. At least they have renovated their cabin and their bathrooms but you're correct, their train is the problem.

So so good! I love that in Vietnam it's so easy to find such delicious food. The train cabin was really great! Got a great nights sleep and it was a lovely experience. The toilets were not so good 😂 Still I'd definitely do it again!!!

@@HenryWrideExplores Sorry to make you uncomfortable, we Vietnamese people also feel very uncomfortable like you and hope the government quickly deploys the construction of a high-speed train system from South to North worth more than 70 billion USD.

Most of your snack is eat with a hot cup of tea so its not delicious when eat blank. Vietnam people love drinking hot tea, mostly elder i think. But vietnam tea is similar to china tea
