***** it might actually be the acoustics. A lot of echo going on when you talk so it might be easy and sticking some egg cartons to the walls.

Yeah, the audio really is garbage on this video. I know it sounds trivial and petty, but it really does make a difference. Amateurish production even affects perceived credibility.

Yeah….but what if we hurt our bodies by doing it wrong? The thing is,some people say this the right way to do it then next day that’s actually wrong. Very confusing,so I stick to bike,swimming,light arm weights lots of reps.

Both but if u want to build a lot of muscle stick in between the 6-12 rep range with picking a weight that takes u to failure in the 6-12 rep range if your trying to get stronger lift a weight so heavy u can only do 1-5 reps also also stick with compound lifts. he had a genetic heart condition. it was from birth not acquired one. he died of it.
