We are mostly reserved and "grumpy"' ... we are cautious, come across as arogant sometimes and if someone is too friendly/too "buddy" at the beginning, we are questioning the reasons for this... but we are always friendly - somehow! 🤔 Don't expect us to open up from the beginning... we observe and try to figure you out ... and the better we know someone the more we open up! And when we do... you are up for a long and great friendship! 😁 Greetings from Austria (Vienna)!

Would you recommend living in Vienna for a family?

Depends what you’re looking for your family. Safety, social security, stable health care system, low unemployment rate,… then yes! But there are many that leave the city because they can’t handle the high tax system or don’t like the social aspect of the system. There isn’t a general response unfortunately.

@@KhyatiPuria thanks for answering, yes that all sounds of course very good. I am just a little bit unsure how the school system is, and I heard a lot that the people are very rude and unfriendly. Vienna is so beautiful and I would really like to live there but I am afraid that we would not feel accepted there.

@flores7216 I think Viennese (people from Vienna) matured over time. They are much more accepting than they used to be. So you might come across some rude people but this can happen everywhere.

cant forget Kurpark Oberlaa, that one is beautiful and just perfect if you are seeking a nice, relatively silent spot for reading, picnic or just a nice romantic date (not my case unfortunately lol) :) ... as for Donauinsel, here is my insight that should probably be in every video mentioning this "place", especially if you are with children - as you go south, nearing Lobau, there is a small forest and nearby strand... few people go that far south... aaand... this is a popular nudist community spot, as I have found out more personally than I wanted :D as I started walking through that forest (listening to an audiobook and enjoying nice day), I started encountering mostly men... naked :D I have informally dubbed it Altewurstelwald :D ... so, if there is good weather and you mean to go further south on Donauinsel, STAY on the paths near the river, that way there is less of a chance you encounter what I had lol... I dont judge, but that wasnt sth I wanted to find out about Vienna :D :D :D
