what is Endometriosis?
Endometriosis is a disease in which tissue similar to the lining of the uterus grows outside the uterus. It can cause severe pelvic pain and make it harder to get pregnant.
Studies suggest that doing yoga daily improves the function of the reproductive organs.
So for a healthy uterus, you should do yoga in your daily routine and follow the instructions on how long should do it.
