So unlucky for CENK KOÇAK. Why 390 deadlift is not a good lift? He has already knee surgery but he is still good at squat, he is beast. He is lightest man here but he is still king. KİNG KOÇAK. TURKİSH TANK.

I'm glad you showed Ilyes's bench press attempts. Dude is a tank at it. Also his last attempt was just 292kg not 292.5. He was chipping his own record by half a kilo which he's done before. :)

@@eu-daemonic I have competed 13 years on elitelevel and trust me, the bar never stops. Done it hundreds of times myself. The judges sometimes let it go but most often not.

@@markuschampos5750 maybe, but i’d still consider it extremely disrespectful to say he’s “bouncing that bar with his beer belly”. jesus is most likely the strongest power lifter in history in regards to absolute strength in the 3 lifts. i’d assume he deserves a little bit of respect.

not even close. jesus lifts with a stiff bar. deadlifted 950lb in training and benched 615lb. i will say haack is not far from jesus’s bench. but deadlifts and squats are not even comparable. not to mention jesus is 24/25. he hasn’t even hit his prime yet like haack has

Yanlis kategoride yarisiyor,120 üstünde degil 120 kg altinda yarissaydi bu derecelerle birinci olurdu.zatene eskiden 120 de yarisiyordu,kilo vermesi lazim almasi degil.

@@HaklisinTabi yanlis düsünüyorsun,altin madalya icin gerekeken o kiloya ulasmasi degil,120inin altina inmesi gerekir.zatene 120 altinda da 370 rahat kaldiriyor,o kiloda yarissaydi altin almisti 3 kategoridede.

@@Fatih-yd4nk okuma yazma kursları var halk eğitim merkezlerine gitmeni öneririm.Okuduğunu anlayabilmene yardımcı olacaktır.Ben madalyadan bahsetmiyorum 1080 total yapması için 120kg'nin çok üstüne çıkması lazım dedim.120kg altına inerse (120- siklet) 1080 total yapamaz.Madalya umrumda değil,alt siklette 1. olacağına en yüksek siklette 3. olması daha büyük bir başarı.

@@HaklisinTabi cenk 370 kaldirirkene sirtinda adam 455 kaldirdi,o siklette madalya 1 nci olmasi imkansiz,akil var mantik var.Adam zatene 142 kilo,180 kilo oldunda sagligindanmi olsun sirf 1 nci olcam diye,keza garantide degil.Seni gayet iyi anladim da sen beni anlamamissin.
