This circuit is used to regulate the 12V Load, whether a Fan or a Bulb.
The circuit is very simple and works on 2 Amperes maximum. Only three components are used in the circuit.
60N03N N Channel MOSFET
C945 NPN Transistor
50K Potentiometer

That's due to the potentiometer. You can use potentiometer with more resistance to have good output range.
