If you want to decrease your pain you should eat and sleep more And if you want to learn push-ups and pulls you should do before exercise. I mean for pull ups do hanging on par and holding pull up and if you want to do push-ups do Push up on your knees. Remember push-ups and pull-ups are skill there is no matter to power and energy
