Important to know. There is one more thing to add to your list. Sodium bicarbonate is the best treatment I have ever used for my breathing issues. Baking soda saved my life when I got pneumonia from Covid 19. I was coughing so bad, and my sinuses were completely clogged. I was so scared of going to the hospital because of the pandemic. So I thought I would go to the pharmacy and get some nasal spray. But then I remembered that the more you use nasal spray the faster you get clogged back up. So I thought about making my own nasal spray and I checked for a list of ingredients to make it, but I didn’t have any distilled water. So I thought about what I could do. Then I remembered that my dad was using a dry powder inhaler for his COPD. So at that moment my thought switched from salt to sodium bicarbonate because the fine granules would be easy to breathe in. So I went to my cabinet and grabbed my arm and hammer baking soda, and I put some in the palm of my hand. Then I started with a small pinch of baking soda between my index finger and thumb. Then I sniffed that small pinch one for each nostril and one for my throat, after I did just one treatment I did not have to treat myself again for 5 days. With in one minute of the treatment I was able to blow my nose for the first time in over a week, and I was able to cough up most of the mucus that was stuck in my throat. After doing some research, I found out that sodium bicarbonate removed mucus from the lungs better than saline solution. Also I found out it is important to not accidentally sniff too much at once…. Use small pinches and do two treatments in a row for best results… Results can last weeks and even months… Not Just 12 hours or less. I hope this information helps to save lives…. God Bless America.

I use baking soda for burnt on food in my pots and pans. I also use it in combination with white vinegar and Dawn to clean my fridge. It smells so clean and does a wonderful job.

For MINOR burns apply bi-carb and water paste and cover with either a band aid or cling wrap. It takes the sting out very quickly and will not blister. My mum told me this years ago, and it works.

I live in an area with hard water. I use essential oil based cleansing products for the dishwasher and laundry. For both, I add a vinegar with baking soda which creates a foam and makes everything come out sparkling clean in the dishwasher and another level of clean in my laundry.

...I was taught a lot of these, by my Grandmother... starting when I was a Teenager. I use it so much, ..I buy it in a 13 lb. Bag, lol. I also use it as a shampoo. Make a paste out of it, scrub it on, then rinse it off. Then I use water and apple cider vinegar as a rinse, and I don't rinse it. I wash my hair about once every 2 weeks and it never gets oily. Been doing this for years and it's fantastic.

I was a little slow about following this advice (difficult when no one else will follow the diet). They also promote herbs for prevention or simple problems. Baking soda as a deodorant - have done it for years. It's possible to get alkaline burn so be a little careful. It can also remove the dye from clothes, so the underarm area of your clothes can become noticeably faded. But one really good thing is that you are NOT using a commercial product that usually has aluminum in it.

When we got a new vehicle , I got an allergic toxic reaction to the toxins being released.
