I've lived in LA 40 years. Grew up at the beach next to LAX airport. I've become so jaded and the strange and bizarre don't even phase me. Now I live downtown LA in one of the worst crime filled neighborhoods and work all over the county and I see so many crazy things everyday. I showed a 12 hour report from Citizen App for a two mile radius of my apartment to a friend who lives in Pennsylvania and the list was everything from kidnapping, stabbing, armed robbery, shots fired, car overturned, police chase, car fire, man swinging axe, man with knife, woman robbed, house fire, man fell or jumped or pushed out of 6th floor balcony, and there was more. My friend couldn't believe it. That's just on Citizen, that's not even all the actual police and fire calls, those are just neighbors reporting and video recording. I wish I was exaggerating.

You are partially correct. So that "Art Car" is actually used for overlanding, it has also been in a few drift, offroad races. Its been to wasteland and is having its guts replaced with an ls1. It does give off art car vibes though. :)

So that's where the 1979 Le Mans winner was this month...unfortunately not at Le Mans with the other 70 winners on display for the Centenary. I only saw 3 missing winners from 1980 to 2022, one was the 1983 Porsche 956, but the rest were there. Would have been cool to see the 935 in person, but at least you did!

1:45 - There have been multiple accidents like that on that exact stretch of Lankershim in North Hollywood because there's a Doordash ghost kitchen in the middle of the block without any parking, so the drivers either double park or park in the turning lane in the middle of the street and pull u-turns all the time.
