There’s also the fact that a traditional clock goes to 12 so thirteen isn’t on there. Juno believes that he is beyond time in this song which is why Time is so mad at him in Ruler of Everything.

I mean yeah, but if you add the 12 and 1 on a clock you get 13,the 11 and 2 you get 13, the 10 and 3 you get 13, and so and so

something missed: 13 started existence in the alt demo mix played on bells panned right where the "In the gallows" verse would be (didn't have words yet) and again during the second flibbity jibbity jibber jabber

i disagree with the take of 13 being ENTIRELY separate greatly. you cannot have 13 without ROE. you cant have ROE without 13. that simple.
