I used the 06 2wd spindle and brakes. Mod the stock 2nd gen upper arm and retain the stock 2nd lower. I did the 3rd AAM too. Still long bed The Shotty is an awesome truck!

Harness merge, once you can do that the mechanical stuff is the cream on top. Then you can use pretty much whatever motor in whatever car you want at that point.

I'm a big fan of the HE351 as well, I have a 60/67/9 on my first gen and it's really nice to drive... Looking to do compounds with one at some point, perhaps with a modified H2E (because it's free)

Meyers you say a he351cw is king i used to think the same thing. I'm telling you grab a big wheel garrett ptrim it'll blow your mind for spool up and power. The 250$ 7665 is awesome and so tunable. The compressor wheel has ever compressor size from 60mm to a 76 /102 . It also has a plethora of turbine housings from .48ar t4 .68 , 88 .98 and 1.05ar t4 that I know of with matching t3 too.

Do you have en external wastegate to bypass the he351 exhaust housing? I suspect that is a major power choke point. Route that exhaust back into the low pressure turbo up the turbine size on it and I bet you can get another 100hp easy.

Any more info on what parts he used to do that crossmsmber swap ? Is it a home brew , aftermarket of combination of both ? The one 3rd gen I saw the underside of has the side brackets welded to the frame and only the middle is removable ? Thanks

Hey Josh quick question how high would you rev a stock 5.9 vp44 truck? And what would you do to it to rev it higher? the only time I rev it this high would be for sled pulling I've hit 3500 RPM so far thanks
