Wow I am autistic too, and I actualy started thinking about (with prompts and feedback from my specialised psychiatrist) that mabye undiagnosed ND is quit often found in high controll groups and cult-ish organisations. It provides many things lots of ND ppl need and activly look for, but it provides it in an unsave and abusive way. I am trying to write a book how elements might help in healthy ways for ppl who do decunstruct.

That sounds like an amazing topic for a book! It's something we have discussed a lot over on my Discord channel and to a lesser degree on Instagram. It makes a lot of sense to me and there certainly seems to be a lot of anecdotal evidence from my day-to-day conversations. Keep me posted on your book! If I'm not completely swamped I'd love to check it out!
