135 Year Old KJV Bible

Күн бұрынA Nickels Worth was loaned a bible printed only four years after the 1881 update of the KJV. It has both the 1611 and the 1881 in parallel form and all sorts of amazing study tools. This one is huge (family bible size) and it has all sorts of interesting things inside of it. Take a look at this short video to get your Nickels Worth.

My uncle has the family bible that was brought to the new world on the Mayflower. Coolest bible I've ever seen.

Excellent - I want one, nay two - one for my Church (along with dozens of other Bibles I like to collect - at home I have an 1846 by Samuel Bagster, which I got for one dollar at a Book Sale at the now gone King Edward Barracks in the centre of Christchurch, New Zealand in September 1994 - I saw my Grandfather there also. He lived another 15 months - I used that Bible from June 1997, but now it is falling apart) This one is magnificent that Mr Tim has there. The only thing is when he read the quote, it should be Psalm 89 : 26, not Isaiah - I did not pick up on that, and tried entering it into Blue Letter Bible. I can see it does say Ps., but with my eyesight also, I could have made that mistake, and thought it said Is.
