Genuang was resurrected back into existence thanks to the Gemas - JB Double Tracking Project. Since Labis is still under construction, hence still using the previous Relay Auto Block signalling, which is incompatible with the new Axle Counter computerised signalling installed in Genuang. Thus a temporary Electric Key Token single track working system was put into use until Labis is ready. Trains travelling from Gemas to Bekok will experience three different signalling systems on three consecutive sections: Axle Counter system (Gemas - Genuang), Key Token system (Genuang - Labis), and Relay Auto Block system (Labis - Bekok).
But, the average passenger won't notice a thing. :)
