Salaam! - Pumpkin, Mushrooms, Grapes, Figs, pomegranate, watermelon, meat when available (especially Lamb shoulder), dates, olive, barley, black seeds, vinegar, milk and honey.

Good description of what our prophète PBUH used to eat. However, I strongly disagree about grapes being high in proteins. Grape has 0.6g/cup proteins.

Is this true or just made up? Our prophet SAW ate very little and hardly had nice food. Aisha once narrated that the only food they had in the house were two black things, water and dates.
