Today, we'll take a look at 7 of the best foods that unclog your arteries.
These foods that unclog arteries naturally have been proven by scientific studies to reduce, and even reverse the build up of plaque.
Have you heard of the word "atherosclerosis"?
It refers to the hardening of your arteries due to a buildup of plaque.
Plaque is essentially a combination of cholesterol, fatty substances, cellular waste products, calcium and fibrin - a protein in the blood that helps with clotting.
When plaque clogs up your arteries, you are at risk for having a heart attack or stroke.
The good news is, atherosclerosis is preventable, and even reversible in some cases.
To learn how, watch the video until the very end.

@@johnjackson54 my spouse eats kimchi every day, if you can stomach the smell this has to be great for you!!! It has a very strong smell I guess bc it’s fermented and it permeates everything when it is opened and eaten. I can smell it in all rooms of our house but spouse is healthier I hope. I haven’t been able to swallow the stuff, so I’ll stick with turmeric and pomegranates.

It was my now retired neurologist who recommended I eat garlic and consider nutrition to prevent a second stroke. And my regular doctor said that while he was not sure L-Arginine would help it certainly couldn't do me any harm. I take 3 to 4 500mg L-Arginine each day only because I misread the label on the latest bottles of it I purchased and I have meant to take 1000mg pills instead. So I take them every 3 or 4 hours but never seem to take as much as I had been from the larger bottles. My stroke was not due to arterial sclerosis, but was a side effect of chemotherapy after t-cell Hodgkin's lymphoma when I was in my thirties. Now that I am in my fifties these things certainly will help.

you may wanna have those carotids replaced from leg veins. I know someone that had a stroke and that's what he did. he's still here at 87yo. he had that done about 10 years ago. do you hear "swishing" when lying down on your back when its real quiet? if so you still have atherosclerosis in those critical arteries. you should not hear anything.

Garlic, Olive oil, and Onions are the Holy Trinity of cooking. My Grandparents on both sides lived till their late 80s and early 90s and these were in their food most of the time. They never, EVER, went to the gym and they never stressed out about all the BS that we do today. I follow their model and hope to live a long full life of good food with good times.

Joey, What you observed is only a small part of what is going on in their daily life activities since childhood. You KNEW a little of their life. And the spiritual side of their life ? If they are quite religious persons in practical term, their KARMIC forces also play a major role. Eastern belief system teaches that if one helps prolonging other lives... their own life is lengthened. You do not know what your grandparent did in their previous life or many lifetimes ago, good deeds always beget good deeds. Looking at a person's longevity through health point of view is just incomplete. Spirituality, Emotionality, Physicality, Financiality, Paradigm, all blend together will make a person whole. _sorry, creating some new words along the way here_ You inherit good genes from them. If you have a discipline lifestyle plus good vibes for humanity... you will live well n content in many lifetimes including current ones. GBU.

Hi Wayne, I came across your channel while I was searching for makeup artists. I was never taught how to apply makeup, and I have rosacea. Furthermore, I found you when I was in my forties, and I am now in my fifties with crows feet and laugh lines and everything that comes along with being 57. I earned every one of those. I now get compliments on how pretty my complexion is. Not only that, but I credit you and the techniques you demonstrate so thoroughly and with humor for teaching me. You don't make me feel stupid or incompetent. I stopped looking after I found you. I just wanted you to know that you changed my life because now I hold my head up high instead of being embarrassed about my red face. I just wanted you to hear some good news instead of from the haters. I cannot imagine taking time to write a comment just to put someone down. I hope this finds you well and lifts your spirits. Thank you Wayne.

They are all RARE here except garlic Pomegranate doesn't GROW here Kimchi looks absolutely fucking disgusting like something rotted in the bottom of the fridge Sesame Seeds which you can ONLY GET on ONE TYPE OF BREAD here. Turmeric ISN'T readily available here B Vitamins (in vitamin suppliments) L-arginine (I can't drink tea or hot drinks as it makes me puke)

Dissolve plaque in your arteries by daily taking (non-GMO) SOY LECITHIN GRANULES (not lecithin capsules or softgels). Begin by taking 3 tablespoons all at once, once a day, for 12 days. After doing the '12 Day Flush', you can cut back to 1 or 2 tablespoons a day. This will keep everything liquified and your blood fully flowing through arteries and veins.

Hospitals and doctors will run out of business .the goal is to get you sick .to make money of sick people .. the goal is to let people get bad credit to get money off you ..there should be a saving and investing class in high school .but that can't happen because companies will go out of business ..humans just think of money
