15 Hz GAME CRASH by BetaTetris (no adjustments)

This is the same agent that I trained a year ago and featured in previous 12 Hz and 20 Hz videos. At that time 15 Hz is not the main format it was trained on, so I didn't even bothered to watch it play or look at its stats.
Today I just decided to watch it play some 29-start 15 Hz games without a line cap, and I was really shocked that it quickly achieved colors (1280+ lines) in the third game, and even pulled out 2250 lines in the next game. So I decided to keep it running until it crashes the game (3100 lines), and after ~50 games I finally got it.
The final score is 28,094,400, with a total of 3101 lines consisting of 1458 singles, 547 doubles, 126 triples and 39 tetrises. I also added Greg's level names in the video.
Its average line count on 29-start, 15 Hz and no adjustments is around 750 lines. Since the number of lines can be modeled fairly accurately with an exponential distribution (because it can be thought of playing cleanly until getting an unfavorable RNG sequence), it will achieve colors in ~18% of the games, and game crash in ~1.6% of the games.

This is very cool to see! I have the human record for this at 650k and whole mechanics are the biggest thing, it’s really interesting seeing the stacking differences. I’m definitely not as good at the flat burns and the center welling generally, but mostly I rely a lot more on 5 taps than betatetris seems to. It’s interesting.

15hz das on 29 is essentially the same range as pal 19. you can see many similarities in stacking ideas between here and the best pal players

there is a key difference in that you have to charge your das and betatetris does not, so its movement range is slightly better

THIS IS INSANE! I thought survivability in pal 19 with das is highly dependent on RNGs, but this video proved that I was wrong. Phenomenal work!

Some of those colour theme names are gold! "Los Angeles smog", "Internship at Marie Curie's lab", "Mexico according to Hollywood"... although the first dark colour scheme is meant to be called "Dusk", not "Dust" (misspelt at least once).

I'd like to see it try to setup and avoid the crash criteria without using next box or push down. So no single into 155, stack up high and take no singles on 157, no triples/doubles on some later level and so on, then stack up high for the last couple levels with the 0 line crashes avoid the placements like Z flat, only take burns if possible or place the pieces that don't crash it.
