A full body workout - only using a chair or bench (which we all have at home .. so no excuses hehe). // Werbung
A very intense sequence of exercises working your: abs, core strength, arms & back muscles, chest, glutes, inner and outer thighs and your CARDIO. So all in all a great way to fire up your entire body in 15min ♥︎
I know a lot of those movements are very challenging - if you need a break - take it! You will get better over time :)
Another option is performing the exercise without the chair (and for example) placing your feet on the ground. You do you! ♥︎
The video is in full length which means you can just follow whatever I’m doing 30s for each exercise. There is one 1min rests in between.
I recommend switching up your workouts to give your muscles enough time to recover and to hit them from different angles. You can do this workout 2-3x a week and if you want to do be active on the other days: check out my Sixpack, Muffin Top, Sexy Arms, Calorie Burn or Booty Workout!!

I'm a guy and this is really hard, especially side planks part, I'm all sweaty afterwards and feel sore day after, especially in my core and abs. Message for men: do her workouts, you don't have to feel ashamed or something...

I don't think it matters if you're a man or a woman,if you're strong and work for that,I mean... I'm 100% sure she's stronger than most men I know.. I aplaud you for saying they shouldn't be ashamed because those guys just have fragile masculinity... Great job on doing the wotkout,I still can't get over the fact that,not only has she done it,but she was also so stable during every exercise,she didn't move at all...that's how strong of a core and arms she has 😵😵😵

I tried this once with a spinning chair. If you're reading this, do yourself a favor and DO NOT use a spinning chair. I thought I was going to die at some points and felt like giving up. I didn't and kept with it. I'm proud of myself for that lol I then got a more stable fold up chair. It's the only proper chair I had and it worked just fine. So if you're debating on using a spinning chair or a fold up chair, use the fold up one. It was a great workout by the way.

Ich habe als absolute Anfängerin mit ihren Workouts angefangen, klar war es immer hart aber niemals unmöglich ! Wenn dieser Titel schon bei den anderen Workouts gewesen wäre, hätten sich viele vielleicht nie ran getraut. Also alles richtig gemacht Pamela ❤️

Omgg letzte Woche habe ich ihr Po workout gemacht und hatte 2 Tage die übelsten Oberschenkel und Po schmerzen hahahah wäre vielleicht nicht schlecht vorher sich zu dehnen aber schmerzen=bringt was. Wir haben zuhause Treppen und omg ihr hättet sehen sollen wie ich rauf und runter gegangen bin haha. ich liebe diese Power Frau ! Da die Schmerzen wieder weg sind fange ich wieder an

you could still do a decent portion of the workout. the trick is to adjust the exercises to fit your capabilities. doing regular planks rather than the chair planks would be just as good

I had first tried this workout 1 year ago and couldn't make it through the first 3 mins. I have been scared of this overwhelming feeling so I have never gave it another try. Until these recent days, I got stronger thanks to other workouts and I came back here. I didn't get all the moves at first. But I kept going on and took as many pauses as possible to avoid the bad form that can cause injuries. The pauses got shorter. I got more control over my breath. I got through all the planks on both elbows, but didn't get all the side planks. Then today is the first day I managed to complete all the side planks without pause. :) if you are a viewer like me, please know that there will be a day where you got stronger, enough to push through the whole video. If you are shaking and dwelling on the imperfection, please keep in mind that your body is learning and enjoying the process ;) Thank you so much Pamela for the amazing challenging workout!

you have to be careful with how you put your feet on the ground (legs CANNOT touch the ground and try to not fall back, stay straight). If it is too hard, do it in the knees.

Just did this workout. The part with the side planks killed me. I wasn't able to hold it and fell at the end. I definitely felt this workout in my arms and abs. I think this is a tie between her 10 min calorie burn workout, in terms of being the hardest. I'm gonna do this workout 1 time a week. Comment back if I should update you guys? (PS: I do a mix of her different workouts each day of the week.) Second time doing the workout: I definitely feel the workout in my arms and legs again. Also my hands hurt, from all the planks. I have a lot of energy, but I don't see any difference in my body after doing the workout. I wasn't sore after I did the workout last time.

Lets start doing this for week 30! Im motivated but also a bit afraid through this... edit: I did an extra break and some exercise I couldn't do 100% like pam and choose easier options (like side plank on the ground). But I did it !!!! 😭

Me before the workout: oh, chair exercises, 15 min, looks just fine! Me in the middle: what the F##$$?!! Me after: sees "extreme full-body training" - alright. Now i get that.

Try keeping it on all four legs on the yoga mat for resistance. Also add a pillow on your chair if it doesn't already have one. These worked for me. If you keep doing the workout your balance and stability will significantly increase as well by the 4th session! Hope this helps

i luv how u do the exercises to the beat of the music. it makes it easy to follow along without always looking at the video and it's just plain satisfying as well.

I've done this workout many times, but today for the first time without needing any extra breaks! It's amazing to see/feel the results! Thank you for your great workout videos Pamela! They're my absolute favorites and I do them weekly. Update: I still do this workout in my weekly routine and though it's still challenging it is kind of weird to think there was a time I needed to take extra breaks. :D Especially my arms have gotten SO much stronger!

I did this video like two years ago and I remember how I literally DIED. After that I started working out with her more often and for more than one year I'm doing her 5 times a week- 45min workout plans now. I may've done this video one more time but I kept thinking that it's wayy too hard and the "worst" one out of all her videos. Today I did it again and I can't believe it but it was actually pretty "easy" for what I expected it to be!?! So this is a reminder: no matter how hard it is- keep pushing yourself as much as you can and don't give up. No matter how many breaks you may need during the videos, be proud of what you achieve!😊

Sie uses the products oft "sante", but I think that you can buy them just in germany. In the Shampoo and Conditioner are only natural indegients 😊 Sometimes she shows her hair routine on instagram

If anyone else stumbles onto this years later... She probably intakes a ton of protein, and has been doing so consistently for years by the looks of the rest of her and that will really impact the health of our hair more than any vitamin or shampoo.

This is by far the hardest workout. Normally I suffer but I never have to pause the videos. Some of the exercises I was not even able to do them, had to go back on the mat :(
