Another superb work-out. The shorter ones prove to be the hardest because there is no break in this one. The 30 seconds just keep rolling but I loved the variety of the exercises. Brilliant once again. Thank You Anna.

Oh yay! This one was so FUN!! My mentality was really low today so I decided to choose something short instead of a regular 30 or 45 mins workout that will maybe stress me out more... and I have to say, unexpectedly, now since I finished, I felt so great and wanted to do MORE!!!! Wow i completed it and I felt so very energetic 🔥🔥 it's just 15min but so effective. I think you can do 12-15 minutes workout challenge series with advanced hiit, cardio, tabata and build muscle 💪 it's suitable for everyone include the busy and the lazy..😝 thank you for bringing everyone good energy 😘😘 love you ❤❤

Thanks for this workout! Nevertheless, I think little breaks still are usefull. Otherwise you can't concentrate on what you are doing and need to watch every time what's a new exercise coming up.
