Hey, Anna! I love workouts like this. I was wondering if you could make a few more workouts that are 15-20 minutes long. I don’t always have time for a 30 minute workout, although I would love to have time for it. Tabata and HIIT are my two favorites. I would really appreciate it!

This was such a fun workout! It gives perfect heart elevation (for me), good for beginners/overweight ppl (I replaced the jump in jacks with side touches)....I was smiling throughout the workout and let's face it, on a Sunday morning, at 7.30, it is not always easy 😁🥰🥰 so thank you!

Liebe Anna, das Workout ist der Hammer, ich tanze sehr gern und habe wieder mal gemerkt, das meine Hüfte noch recht schwergängig ist. Es hat mir Riesenspaß gemacht und ich war auch ziemlich außer Puste. Du bist eben doch die Beste und heute Nachmittag mache ich die Burpees und komme hoffentlich in dein Video, nachdem es in Köln und Berlin nicht geklappt hat dabei zu sein. Danke und LG Holger💪👏💃🕺😍
