Loved this workout! I was able to use a resistance band with handles throughout some exercises and flat resistance bands for others.

hello coach. my back still hurt. so I did just upper body. that's why i avoided the last one(overhead sit ups). I'm listen to my body. I have little frastrated of this situation. but i can just care of myself and wait and see. whatever now is my recovery time!! anyway, thanx for sharing lots of programs😺 I hope you have a great day today. see you next time dearest coach. take care😊

This is one of the best upper body resistance band workout. How often a week to get toned do you need to do this workout?

Hi lovely, I got these bands from GND but you can get any long loop resistance bands. I am using a light one here ☺️

Hmmm 🤔 I’m not sure what you mean, no workout will give you bigger breasts. You can increase the size of your pec muscles which could give the appearance of bigger breasts but you can’t grow breast tissue with exercise. Hope this helps ☺️
