Fitness trainers and entrepreneurs Taylor and Justin Norris share 9 exercises that alleviate pain in your lower back. This workout consists of a warm-up, single-leg stretches, knee-tucks, glute bridges, supine twists, and more-all movements you can do with no equipment right at home. The husband and wife fitness duo developed this workout from their LIT Method -Low-Impact Training requiring no running or jumping. Grab some water and a towel and get ready to sweat!

Thank you so much. This is the first ever video I watched for a while with a form roller included in the lower back workout. It is so good. My RT bands were sore but it feels so 👍😅

Interesting. 3 of these moves my physical therapist told me to never ever do again because of my low back pain. Who's right, who's wrong?

You should probably listen to your physical therapist. All lower back pain is not created equal and the cause of your pain could be completely different than the average 40 year old with lower back pain that’s usually a result of bad posture or tenseness in the back muscles. These ppl aren’t medical professionals so pretty much the only people who should be doing their exercises are people who are in decent enough shape and no serious physical impairments.

Not sure about how the execution of the seated twisted. In yoga you never use the head to guide in this position but rather increase on the twist and sitting up straight pulling the spine upwards snd not collapsing it before even starting to twist. However, great workout. Just need to be careful on form for this particular exercise.

These exercises aren’t for someone having an acute sciatica attack. I can’t even begin to do these when I’m suffering with intense sciatic nerve pain. This will exacerbate the pain.

These trainers clearly never had a back pain, because they would know that the first exercise that they do even with slight back pain is NOT doable.

most of your exercises comes with bending low back. people who has back pains cant bend or it will make the worse the pain. not recommended.

COMPLETELY DANGEROUS if you already have back pain or have had surgeries.... DO NOT DO THESE EXERCISES.
