Fitness instructors LaToya and Julius guide us in a 25-minute butt workout and warm-up focusing on stretching your legs and opening up your hips, including both standard and modified versions of each exercise. This workout consists of single-leg deadlifts, fire hydrants, curtsy lunges, sumo squats, pulse squats, and more-all movements you can do with no equipment right at home! Grab a water bottle and a towel and get ready to sweat!

This is an amazing workout for someone who is easing themselves back to working out. I did it twice and it was a killer each time, lovely workout.

I did it when it came out the other day and my butt and thighs are still feeling it. I really like and enjoyed this workout because it wasn't too intense while doing it and was actually great fun. But I can definitely feel the outcome even on my second day after working out.

It kinda felt like the instructors hadn't planned who would be presenting, or like they were competing to present. Just personally, I felt it a little distracting. But other than that, super great workout! Feelin' the burn! Thanks :)

This is one I will do. Music is good, trainers excellent and background restful. Shame that Rhys hasn't made an appearance though.
