For me, Elden Ring sound track made me apricate the emotions in it so much more. Its gonna sound strange but I could apricate the beauty in its despair. 100% not a recommended track to listen to if someone has anxiety as it will play off of that. But for me it emphasises beauty in even the darker elements of expression

How do you let it go though easier said than done even in my mind I don't even know what the thought is

2 hr of sleep in my case. If I can make it to 6-7 am, is just a matter of filling up of coffee then I'll be just fine until 2-3 pm. By then, I'll shut down almost entirely. If I just sleep 2 hr, though, I'll feel tired the whole day even if I load up on coffee.

It’s sad that this happened to but we shouldn’t make donating a kidney as being something you will regret. The donor goes through psychological exams and has many ways to back out along the way, I know this as my spouse has gone through it. The donor and donee staff are supposed to be separated.
