Follow along with us for a 15 minute full body dumbbell workout that will challenge your level of strength and conditioning! This workout will target almost every muscle group in your body and it's great for those looking to build strength, cut body fat and improve cardio. This full body dumbbell workout is suitable for all fitness levels because the workout is formatted to go at a pace that works for you! The golden rule of 6 months applies in everything. It is very difficult for beginners to get into exercise or workouts. But if newbies can hang on for 5-6 months then it can automatically change everything. It can give you results you would have not expected. I am saying this from exp. 6 months ago I never tried to workout and from last 6 months I have been working out and trust me It has worked out a lot. I believe with effort change is possible. If you want to change your lifestyle work hard on your goal for 6-8 months and everything will start falling in place for you. I am writing this hope that it will help someone in organizing their life.

I have had these for several weeks kzfaq.infoUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 and I have been really happy with them so far. I love being able to do a variety of workouts at home when I don't have time to make it to the gym. When paired with a basic bench, there are tons of different exercises and you can hit pretty much all major muscle groups. It is easy to adjust to your desired weight with the dials on each side. They slide in and out of the cradle smoothly. The only downside to this design vs the newer version, is that these are pretty wide. This does limit your range of motion with certain hand positions on certain exercises. Straight dumbbell press would be an example of this. I have to turn my hands slightly in order to bring them close enough together. Not a huge deal to me though. Really happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend.

Week 3, been doing this workout 4-5 times a week with 15 lbs. I can already see the development of my shoulders and arms! Hopefully I can manage to do 2-3 repetitions soon!

I’ve recently found this video and my goodness what a great workout I get from it. I’ve been doing this twice a week and already I can tell a difference in my strength. After two kids and in my thirties my body is not what it used to be, slowly im getting more confident but I know once I see results im going to be so happy.

OMG, for someone who played sports, danced, yoga, or went to the gym my whole life, after SEVERAL years of doing NOTHING, this kicked my butt!!! Wow! This is my favorite workout video. I'm getting stronger and can do it consistently before work. I love the music and beeping rather than lots of talking, helps me stay focused. I find that other videos that try to hype me up end up drawing my attention to the discomfort of the exercise. This doesn't. Thanks so much!

This video popped up yesterday for me and i just did it! It is exactly what I’ve been looking for. A short, full body, low impact no burpee workout with dumbbells 💪🏼 i have plantar fasciitis so i do a bit of exercise on my bike and follow with a short video so i don’t get into so much pain. Definitely saving this to favourites ✨

This is what I’ve been looking for! My struggle has been focus rather than performance. This is challenging and timed at just the right length before I traditionally drift off and lose focus. I chose this workout to also train my mind. As I get stronger I do additional rounds.. BUT for days when I just need to check the box.. this allows me to push thru and stay on track. Like most workouts- you get back what you put in.. except inches… I’ve lost them and I’m not taking them back 😂

Hi. I'm 58 years old and reasonably fit for my age and found this workout really useful. One comment I have is I have a bad knee and it meant I had to be ultra careful with the first few exercises: if you can refer me to other videos that don't need as much pressure being placed on the knees that would be great!

THANK YOU for this brief video. I’m obese with a relatively sedentary life. I had to modify some of the exercises and had to reduce most of the exercises to either no dumbbell or only one. Still, I completed the workout, I’m sweating profusely and am SUPER EXCITED to run through it again and again! Again, THANK YOU!!!

I started my workout plan about four weeks ago and not only am I going to the gym but I wanted to be able to do something at home. I found you guys on KZfaq and started using your videos. Since then I have lost 12 pounds. My weight when I started was 219 and am now down to 207. I have change the way I eat and exercise every day. I just want to thank you for the motivation you have given me to keep going. I will continue to watch a Videos and hopefully meet my goal to be 180 pounds.

I watched this video several times before actually doing it and today I have finished it. Not as fast as Toya and Juice but I finished it. Actually while you are doing it, you don’t understand how fast it will pass. When I was done I was full of sweat and could not get up for 5 minutes. I really liked this workout! Glad I missed one day this week or I would have missed this. There were 2 that I did not like, that down on your knees did not work for me. After one I decided to do leg lifts. Need to build some strength.

Love this format. It's different than your typical strengthening workouts. I usually get bored with regular workouts because they're always the same. This format presents new creative exercises that challenge your body in different ways. Thanks a lot for this video and for all your workout videos!

This is such an effective workout because of its versatility. If it’s no longer challenging, up your weight and/or do another set. I’ve been doing this workout for about 6 months. When I started, I used 5 pound weights and would do one set 2x a week, now I use 10 pound weights and do two sets 3x a week. I’ve lost about 25 pounds, but most importantly muscles have formed and I feel more energetic.

Y’all are great! Love the no talking, previewed next workout mode with music that doesn’t have lyrics to get you distracted and thinking on things you don’t want to think about. Bravo i look forward to getting my sweat on next time

This was great. I am trying to do an hour a day. I did 30 mins of yoga, a 10 min workout of yours, plus this one. That's pretty good!

Thanks for the vid.. im 6'0 ft tall, 200 pounds lean fat baby man. I've got a pair of dumbells in my house and decided to do a workout typing "dumbell workout" and your vid pop up. I've been doing this 15minute workout for the past 2 weeks and im loving it.With the right diet, i've lost 12 pounds already. Thank you and STAY STRONG 😉

Took more breaks than you guys needed but for not working out in the past few weeks and for being overweight I am 100% gassed. Thank you and I will be doing this workout 3-4x a week while on keto for the next couple months

Thanks for this, guys! I've been doing a short session of either HIIT or Tribata in the morning for years, before work or before going for a run. Well, I'm switching to this here! Tried it this morning, loved it. I feel energized and feel my whole body toned up. Going to try it for 28 days, see how it goes, then edit here and let you know. Again, thanks a million, great work!

@@banhaidar81 It's being great, man! I'm sticking to it religiously, every morning. I'm starting to see results in arms and shoulders, and it's giving me more leg strenght for my running. Plus, it activates my whole body for the day. 2 weeks to go! :D Will update here

@@JuiceandToya Hi guys! It's been a month now. My verdict: it does what says on the tin! I'm stronger and my muscles are more conditioned. I'm 1.78 m tall and my weight is 62 kg -I have your typical runner's body. So all I was after was conditioning my muscles a bit -just so you have a mental image, sort of like a young Iggy Pop. Well, I'm on my way with your workout. A month in and I can already see the results (I've just added your 10-min abs workout, and man am I ready for the day after that). Your workout has improved my running times also and my general energy and wellbeing. Maybe I started too strong going for 5 kg dumbbells, but it was all I had -can't complain with the results anyway. I've already recommended you to friends & family, more people need to know about you. Thanks a million and all the best. Greetings from the Canary Islands. Stay strong!!

tried this after a couple years of not working out(not inactive, just not actively working out) and, although I completed it in the time frame, it kicked my butt. Nice workout. going to continue it most days until I can do it without complications

I finally made it until the end! Been following various Juice and Toya’s videos for a week now, and this is the first time I made it to the last exercise. It feels good, but that last one was tough. I had to take breaks in between. I’m off to do their cardio one next. Hoping to see some results after a month or two.

Awesome 15 minute workout! I had 15 minute cardio abs and then this and I burned 250 cal. I weigh 140 pounds, 59 years old, been working out since I was 18. Even through two pregnancies. Don’t do a lot of jumping anymore, came across your channel last year and love it as well as you guys. Following you on Instagram too. Oh and I didn’t cry when Juice proposed to Toya… of course I did!
