Geez!! Like others have said. I don’t normally comment but I had too on this! Omg I absolutely loved it!!! It was an amazing workout. And for me I like the no commercials, thank you! it was too many! I just pause it if I need to 🤭. I will be doing this one instead of the others from now on! 💪

I have a torn hip labrum so some of the squatting stuff was a bit too challenging for me but i just modified a few things and managed to get through it! Worked up a great sweat. Thanks!

This has been so useful for me! I don't like working out in the gym when it's crowded, so being able to play this while outside on the tarmac with the medicine balls is great. I can be in my own world with space!
