Love how different this was! Stretching videos often feel like once you’ve done one, you’ve done them all, but this actually felt fresh and new!

❤ this stretching video a lot. Especially the knuckles stretch with the wrists. I do a lot of texting and typing that my wrists do get tired. Now i know a good stretch i can do for them👍❤️🙂💪

Actually, this is one of the slower dynamic stretching videos I've seen. Dynamic stretching tends to be a bit faster, with a lot more movements than static stretching videos. Both are useful, but maybe a static stretching video would have served you better...
