I'm 36 weeks, and I've been doing your workouts my whole pregnancy! In the winter I would do the longer videos since I couldn't go outside. For the last 2-3 months, I've been doing a shorter video in conjunction with a walk or swim outside. I love all of them, especially the Pilates.

I'm recovering from a back injury and my holistic Dr. told me to take it easy on working out for a while - this is perfect for recovery even if you aren't preggy.

Being 36+ weeks with an engaged baby and feeling like all I want to do is sleep and go pee, but still wanting to get in at least some movement this workout specifically is awesome! It's quick only 15 min but you really end up feeling like you got some good movement in! I love it! Gives me the energy I need and the movement for my muscles and baby!!

looks so simple, but kick my booty. really put strain on the feet at this stage. try to do a little more of the video each day. perfect quarantine exercises
