This is so great for people who are amateurs yet good and crave dancing! Have started doing these while returning to work outs with a baby , since my regular dance classes have died down. This is a great alternative that can be done at home :) even with a baby on my shoulders :D

I loved this dance routine workout!! I really appreciate that you provide these lessons, it’s so exhilarating and also relaxing. Because of the COVID-19 restrictions, I haven’t been able to take my salsa lessons but now I don’t feel like I’m missing out. I hope you’ll be able to continue to provide these workouts....Thank you.

Hi! I’m a super beginner who’s been looking for a fun easy to follow salsa dance workout. I’ve tried quite a few other videos on other channels and yours are by far my favorite! Seriously, I’m having so much fun! I was wondering if you could post a workout that’s a bit longer? I’ve learned the beginner routines and have been doing the workout videos 2-3 times depending on which one I watch... it would be so great to have a 30min (or more) workout that is straight through vs having to start the video over again. Thanks for posting your stuff, it’s been just what I’m looking for!

Thank you for this fun workout. Even though, I'm still slow, can't be able to follow exactly your steps and sometimes, messing up, but I feel it's really good for exercise and I will follow you everyday. I think I have to set the playback speed at 0.75 or 0.50 😂 Edit: just subscribed.

I love your dancing workouts, thank you :) As I am a beginner, it would really help me to have more videos (maybe short tutorials?) from back view. Some of these, even mirrored are still hard... If there were workouts like that and from the back, I would gladly pay for the content!

I loved the idea of slow tempo and normal tempo so even a beginner could follow. I would recommend however, more of hand-styling that would go along with the movements. I felt I worked my lower body more then I did my upper body. :D just a suggestion.

This is one of my favorite workouts. I have lost some weight, but mostly I am so happy that I have lost inches from my waist and tummy. I do water aerobics and my bathing suits fit so much better now. Thank you so much for providing these workouts for us. You are so talented and such an awesome instructor❣️

I have a whole bunch of physical problems (starting with FSH muscular dystrophy and ending with right leg drop foot), and I would like to get my balance back, and improve myself and my health. Do you happen to know what dances could help me with this? I wear AFO, so some steps seems to be impossible to make. I do your exercises for arms, and also I follow your dance workouts. I love them all! Thank you so much for breaking down every move! That helps a lot! Hugs! Elena

Not the right posture for salsa , only Latinos can teach salsa. Sorry , not good

Only Latinos can teach Salsa? Is every Latino a National Dance 10 Champion like Amanda? Are you a professional dancer who feels they can do better? Could you link a video of you doing it with the “right posture”? I’d love to see it. Btw saying something such as “only Latinos can teach salsa” is pretty racist. That’s like saying “ only Italians can make pizza properly.” So because she’s white she couldn’t possibly understand how to dance salsa? Maybe we should think twice before we throw misinformed comments with racist undertones. Oh and just to remind you in case you also lack reading comprehension skills. It says “WORKOUT SALSA AND CHA CHA” as in NON-Competition dancing intended for a workout, I’m sure posture is the last on the list of important things intended for this video.
