@@evontan618 I have used almost same amount of milk they used. Depending on flour quality, you may have to increase or decrease 1 or 1/2 tbsp milk. But main target is, you have to make smooth kneadable dough. Thank you.

All purpose flour 2 cups.sugar 1 tsp salt 1 tsp.baking powder 1 tsp.bakinh soda 1 tsp oil 2tbs.

The lemon is needed to activate the baking soda in any recipe Baking Soda need an acid ingredient to be activated, you can use any one like yogurt for example, regards
