All dogs want, is to be with and a part of, their pack. If the humans are their family, they want to be with them, not out in the yard alone, no matter how much money you spend. The only thing of value you can give your dogs (besides basic care) is YOU. Your time, your energy, your love. They never, ever fail to give you everything they are, the least anyone can do is not treat them like human children (throwing cash at them to be left alone).

If you have a spare room you can remove the door, put in a gate then they have their room or keep the door but put a gate and they will still have their room

This is pathetic, I was under the impression that if you have a dog or cat they share YOUR house... why bother having one if you are keeping your beloved pet OUTSIDE!

Well I have an Alaskan malamute and because he is like a husky he much rather prefers to be outside and loves to be in his dog house sure he comes in the house every now and then because if he didn’t it would defeat the point of owning a dog but he likes staying out there so he doesn’t over heat
