Butter is completely stable on the counter in a butter dish as long as you are using it regularly like keto people do. We keep Kerry gold on the counter 24/7, it’s awesome having it at room temp. We also buy unwashed organic pasture raised chicken eggs and store the in a basket on the counter. Completely safe for a couple three months due to being unwashed. Of course they don’t last a week in our house.

High Key and Epic make by far the best keto snacks you can get! Love the High Key hot cereals too - they remind me of those flavored Quaker instant oatmeals I loved before keto but without the carbs and sugar. Too bad they are so pricey. Bobby, I’d love more keto cookie, granola, and cereal recipes so we can make these things ourselves without breaking the bank.

the keto desserts are much cheaper to make at home if you buy almond and coconut flour. as well as keto sweeteners. you could make so much for price of a tiny pack of keto sweets at the whole foods. costco is a lot better with keto snacks with larger packages.

I don't see the promo code for the EPIC bars. I would call the brownie bites keto because I thought you could subtract the sugar alcohol bringing them down to 2 net carbs. Best in class...better be at $39.99 for 12 brownies.(Julian bakery) I don't think Rose was tired just talkative ( and I loved it).

The outer aisle pizza crust does hold up a pizza. I make pizza with it all the time. It's great. They also sell them at wegmans in the freezer isle. I'm from toronto so I have to drive out to buffalo to buy them and I stock up.
