15 Strict Rules Royal Couples Have to Follow

The Royal family may be able to break laws the rest of the world have to follow, but there are some rules and traditions they have follow, that commoners are either oblivious to or don’t even have to consider. Most of these rules come down to how these Royal couples conduct themselves in public and while doing their official duties, and especially in the presence of her majesty, the Queen.
And in that case, some rules make sense. Like the rule against public displays of affection, because who really wants to see the Royal family being overly affectionate while they’re at work. Of course, in more relaxed settings, they have been known to break this rule. Like Prince Harry and Meghan Markle always holding hands or Prince William and Kate Middleton sharing a rare kiss.
There’s also the dress code rule. There have been a number of controversial fashion moment for the women in the Royal family. To us may seem silly but, to the traditions of the royal family, are a big deal.
There are some other rules which seem a little outdated, like the fact that Queen had final say on who her grandchildren and children married. If she didn’t like them, by decree she could veto the union. Or the fact that the Queen approves all Royal wedding dresses before the big day just to make sure they keep with Royal protocols and dress codes.
This list of rules for Royal may seem like a lot, but these Royal couples are often breaking them. Sometimes rules are made to be broken. I don't think they are nonsense as much as I feel they are outdated. The British royalty holds themselves to a higher standard than that of Hollywood. They are holding on to their moral codes so the public respect them as a monarchy. In today's society it may seem outdated but I get why they have these rules in place. They are seen by the world of many different cultures and use a basic code of ethics to gain respect from those different cultures. It only seems strange to us because we are westerners.

Until you are a stepford royal, a cookie cutter artificial inauthentic person. Meghan could never be that. Harry didn’t want to be that either. They did the right thing. Not an authentic bone left in her body. The royals are not normal people. Two brothers who’s bff’s happen to be top drawer pedophiles trafficking in children for the rich and famous. What are the odds of that happening. Harry and Meghan fell in love the old fashioned way. Kate and her mother ran William down, and William did what the queen told him to do. Princess Diana never borrowed a tiara from the queen on her wedding day, she wore her families tiara (The Spencer tiara). She did borrow a tiara from the queen, but she was also given a tiara from the queen as a wedding gift but when she got a divorce from Charles she had to give it back to the queen.

What it does do is it gives them a frame work for expected behavior. The royals have alot of perks paid by the British taxpayer so, they need to be more mindful of their behavior than a regular citizen.

Quite frankly, I am disgusted with all the outrageous pomp and circumstance...and the burden of expense that the British people must carry to support the royal family. Shouldn't the members of the royal family do away with all this frivolous tradition and thereby cut way back on their spending? They could donate their properties to the country and pay taxes like the commoners. King Charles has someone run his daily bath and the temperature must be a certain temperature, no more, no less. Also, he has never dressed himself! With the UK in deep financial trouble and its youth out of control, families on welfare and 17% of its people in subsidized council homes, it is obvious where to cut back in order for the royal family to help its people. I say, "Off with their heads!".

If you're born in certain races you have to follow some of these and more. If you were born before independence of your country you followed certain British customs.

You act as if Harry did not have a wild side, most importantly, she asked if he was nice. Only you people are so caught up with royalty, without looking at a person's heart. The royalty aren't perfect people they are not God. They lie, commit adultery, and with all the crazy rules can see where some smoked and drink themselves to death. And yet try to cover up their actions. So before judging someone, do your research! Only God can judge. Besides this is a woman Harry asked to marry him, he did not ask your opinion....So speak when you know truth, and if it came out of the person's mouth, not by social media, honestly people can be so ignorant to believe everything they hear.

I have no idea they are so many rules for a royal family to follow the Dress Code is propbably the most important one but Rules of Engagment I do not agree because Love and Duty does not mix but also it doesn't even matter what they believe what matters that they love each other. I am more surprised than ever that Divorce seems to be a parade of pleasure but what I do know that God does not like that sort of wickedness.
