Debbie, had mine for three weeks now as an upgrade on my 1pro. It recently updated to android 11 which adds more features to the camera. People always think it is an iPhone I have. Well built phones and should last well

lmao I am one of those daughters. UMIDIGI makes pretty durable phones, my last one stuck with me for two years and I was not nice to it at all. I'm glad to hear that your daughter likes hers, I may get my dad to get this one too!

This original device doesn't look bad actually. But one can speculate what kind of vulnerabilities and limitations the "Freedomphone" has got when it was tailored to _look like_ secure and uncensored, probably by people who didn't really know what they were doing. And the price... oh well, at least the buyers will have less to spend for more harmful activities. 😀

I have this huge problem also. I waisted 6 months trying to get 4G with Mint Moble (T-mobile sim) and I am still stuck with 3G for ATT. I have waisted hours/days/months trying to get to someone at ATT to change my settings so I can get 4G. Umidigi needs to pay ATT to get approved status so they do not cut Umidigi phones off from anything but the horrible 3G that they are ending soon. Umidigi will not respond to me about this. I have a great phone that I cannot use unless it is for Wifi.

You’re right, will keep it in mind for next time, thanks. For this phone specifically voice call quality is generally ok. Reception and WiFi/data performance also worked well and as expected with no issues and a solid/reliable connection. However when being on the recieving end of a video call on WhatsApp there is noticeable echo.

Umidigi is very good for the price & features, its fast and does not lag. Samsung you will be spending 2 to 3x higher price with somewhat the same features

Who wants Samsung when you Have the Chinese greats like Xiaomi Tecno and Umidigi.. great phones for less money Check out Xiaomi note 10 or the Redmi 9T
