In connection with the construction of the new Anzac Station, the second tram track diversion between Stop 20 Park Street and Stop 22 Toorak Road, along St Kilda Rd, was closed at 3.00am on Sunday 27th November 2022.
The third and final diversion via the new station is scheduled to open on Saturday 17th December. This video shows trams running along the soon to be abandoned section of track and also Stop 20 Park Street which is to be removed. Filmed on Thursday 24th November 2022, two days before closure.
