Watching all 3 of these with my sons. The boys although young are enthralled by your lectures. They just asked me to try find those 3 books to help with our ship models 😊

Thank you for this! When I bought the books some years ago they were c $20 a piece, if memory serves me right. I think I found them on bookfinder.com after we discovered the 13th c Mediterranean style “round ship” in the Black Sea.

I just watched a video of a Roman wreck and it's more than interesting, I don't know if you know it. The video is in French but subtitles are available. In the KZfaq search box write: L'extraordinaire histoire de l'épave romaine Port-Vendres 1

I have seen and heard talks of that site by the people who excavated it. It is a very interesting site indeed! The French did a lot of work on Roman wrecks, including but not limited to Madrague de Giens
