I've definitely been seeing an improvement in my life since I've been on monk mode. Although exercising my willpower has taken a mental toll and I feel a lot more stressed, I feel happier because I feel proud of the work I'm starting to put in.
Current protocols:
1) Cold shower
2) Wake up before 6am
3) Sleep before 10:30pm
4) Meditate for ten minutes everyday
5) No processed food (unless protein)
6) Go on a run
7) Coding exercise
8) No music
9) 3L water
