This crusty gem basically fell into my lap the other day. 1 owner all original unmolested. Couldn't pass it up!

Identical to my 1st bike in 1969, when I was 15. It was only 4 years old and I was the 4th owner. I got it with the top end of the engine in a box. The seat was ripped and pan was cracked. It had 5,000 miles on it. We had a local Honda dealer so in no time I had a new piston, rings, valves and gaskets in it. Once on the road it got 200 mpg. That meant I no longer had to dance with my cousins. I could go to far away villages where there were no relatives.Ha! Now I am 69 years old. We are restoring a black one, for myself and two red ones, for my grandson and granddaughter. I am teaching my grandson how to lace wheels. He is 11 years old and a real keener. My plan is to have him be a Honda 90 expert, into the next century, for himself and his sister. I also have, among many others, a 1971 CB500 Candy Jade Green with 1,712 miles on it, like the one at the end of this video. Original everything.

Nice! I’ve also got a 64 that I picked up last December. Be super careful with those crank case and engine screws, they do not play nice!
