This is a genuine 138 code Super Sport. Killer color combination and some exhilarating performance upgrades.
EXTERIOR: Atlanta built car, so it's a southern body. Each panel is really straight. Smooth along the bottoms. It is polished like a mirror reflection. I didn't see any signs of damage or bubbles. Overall the chrome and trim on the car is mostly new. No ugly vinyl top. Has a new windshield. Weather strips and window seals replaced. 17 inch polished Torque Thrust wheels have G-Force performance tires.
INTERIOR: I love the red interior against the black. It looks like it's completely restored unside. The seats are like brand new including the cushions, upholstery, chrome trim and seat backs. New red carpet down on the floor, has a factory center console with a 5-speed Hurst shifter sticking out of it. In front of me is a restored dash area. All the metal is painted gloss black, new dash pad, glovebox liner, chrome bezels and lenses, heater control panel is clean. It has a retro digital stereo. Has factory in dash gauges and factory knee knocker tachometer. It's dressed up with a custom black and red Billet Specialties steering wheel. Overhead is a new headliner that fits nice and tight, new visors. Door panels are new including window cranks and armrests.
ENGINE COMPARTMENT: Dressed up as an SS 427. It's actually a 496 stroker! It has a high performance cam, aluminum heads, aluminum Edelbrock intake with a dual feed Holley carb, MSD ignition system and a set of Hooker headers. An aluminum radiator and water pump, twin electric fans keeps it cool. It is upgraded with a dual reservoir, chrome master cylinder. It has correct power steering with remote reservoir.

As the previous owner of the car (yes previous) I had returned the car because not everything you viewing now was true. Although the car looks awesome, there we’re many things wrong with it. 1. Gauge cluster did not work. 2. Rear view mirror broken. 3. Passenger side arm rest torn. 4. Headliner at front windshield hanging. 5. Most costly problem was oil leaks, between 6k-12k to repair per my mechanic. He recommended to bring the car back and get my money back. I would hope that since this is the 3rd time the car is back at Volo Cars that they made The repairs necessary for the next buyer. Since the cost of the car presently is a few thousand more than I paid, I can only assume the upgrades weren’t done. Watch the video closely, you can see the broken mirror, oil drops on the floor, car is off but gauge cluster showing operational and they don’t show the passenger side arm rest. Yeah this was my dream car but it was a total nightmare. Buyer be warned.

I would recommend to anyone not to have any gauges or tac near your knees or under dash, I was in car accident and my knee hit dashboard, last thing you want is to lose your knee cap

I HAVE A 1970 454 LS6 CHEVELLE IN ORIGINAL CONDITION WITH 39,500 MILES. RED/BLACK ORIGINAL PAINT. ITS ONLY HAD ONE OWNER, MY UNCLE, AND I JUST INHERITED IT FROM HIM WHEN HE RECENTLY PASSED AWAY, HE BOUGHT IT NEW IN 1970 FOR HIS 35TH BIRTHDAY. CAN YOU PLEASE LEAVE IN COMMENTS WHAT IT MAYBE WORTH. Do you ever do compression testing on the engines? Considering that many are high performance engines, I know that some owner's will beat the Hell out of an engine and don't change the oil often enough.

At 6:32 you said that it had the correct power steering pump , WRONG ! The 66 SS didn't have power steering It didn't have power brakes This is all upgrades someone added to this car along with the stroked 454 and 5 speed trans .

Oh yes it did have power brakes J50 option
