@seltaeb yes your right. I noticed best didnt seem as fast maybe, but he was still the greatest player in the world after the european cup win in 68. But i also noticed he started to stroll about more and at times not even get the ball for 15 minutes, thats what i saw watching him in a game in 1970 at old trafford. But he was still brilliant to watch when he had the ball, and alot of his goals were breath taking, scoring from really hard tight angles and with alot of power. But here when he goes to beat a player he looks a bit unsure and panicky? That was never the george best two years before or a year even when in 1971 he was playing the best football of his life, the amount of brilliant goals he scored from january to december, in that year alone they did play stoke about 7 times and george scored at least 5 goals past gordon banks, but it was how great they were, he made banks look really bad on 4 of those goals, he had him on the mud crawling around as best sent him the wrong way twice that i saw.
