Nice truck.. my grandfather has a 79 f150 custom in Mexico.. we drove it from New Jersey about 25 years ago. And it is still running strong.

Thanks for the video. I may be purchasing a '79 f150 2wd with a 302 and 4 speed this weekend. Hasn't run in 15 years but the guy said it ran when it was parked. So I just need to clean out the system. Its completely stock and very little rust.

I have the same truck here in the Yakima Valley. I have found it easier to get the transfer box into 4 low by coming to a complete stop, no grinding.
